Pomoni – CUSTOMER CASE

Pomoni is a company specializing in coaching for management and supervisors.

Pomoni´s ”boss” (Pomo=boss in Finnish so a nice wordplay in the name) is Sanna Nurmi, who has +20 years of experience in developing management, competence and organizational culture.

Pomoni had a comprehensive brand book which we based our visual planning to.

Pomoni needed an elegant, informative and comprehensive website with elements that could be used in marketing acitivites. The pages had to be easy to maintain, so that their lifespan and usefulness is the best possible. Feedback has been collected by the customer using the survey method.

Later we started to do search engine optimization for the monthly blog, as well as optimizing the digital purchase path. The key was the traceability and measurability of the purchase path and marketing acitivities. We have gotten 2 of the most crucial keywords to Google first page.

UI- & UX-PLANNING

UI design was developed based on Pomoni´s ready-made brandbook.

We wanted more visual material to support the UI design and because of this, we decided to implement some graphic elements. With this graphic work, we also wanted to facilitate the creation and design of the customer’s other materials, so they were designed in such a way that the customer can use these materials on website, social media, and for example in their coching materials.

These graphic elements are done by our teams excellent Graphic Designer, Reetta.

The goals set together with the customer have been kept in mind in the UI and UX design. One of Pomoni’s most important values is clarity, which was included in the webpage´s design work.

A sales perspective was also something we wanted to incorporate, but without ”pushy selling”. This is why the main focus has been on several soft conversions and also hard conversions for those who are already on further down the purchase path.

PURCHASE PATH & MARKETING

At the start of the website project, a comprehensive keyword research was conducted for Pomoni to support content creation and improve the site’s search engine visibility.

Once the website was completed, the focus shifted to exploring regular marketing strategies, content production, and ways to drive traffic to the site.

Tracking these actions and collecting analytics became a key aspect.

As a result, a digital customer journey plan was developed for the client, which was reviewed in a joint workshop.

In the workshop, the following topics were covered:

– Ideal customers, how to reach them, and where to find them
– How Pomoni can organically guide followers from social media through the customer journey
– Personal branding and its significance in the digital customer journey
– How to integrate the digital customer journey into all activities

THE VALUE OF AN ONGOING MARKETING SERVICE

After the website project, the collaboration has continued on a monthly basis.

Ongoing cooperation provides the client with personal support and assurance regarding the website, digital customer journey, and marketing.

Tracking and analyzing marketing efforts becomes easier, as results can be monitored and reviewed together. This ensures that marketing efforts and changes are based on collected data rather than guesswork.
